reflecta were approached by STCA to help them make their public website a more efficient tool for collecting donations. After conducting research to learn how members of the public perceived STCA and their brand we undertook a series of activities including Information Architecture redesign (using a variety of techniques including card sorting), visual template redesign and UX /workflow redesign (Note: reflecta did not build the site). The impact of the IA and site changes were immediate. The conversion rate from visitors to donors tripled and the average value of donations increased by 50%.
