When the opportunity to help Australia’s largest and most trusted health insurer – Medibank, reach out to new customers and disrupt an old industry – we jumped at the chance. GymBetter is a new service that allows Australians to inexpensively visit a huge national network of gyms without a contract. Customers are able to use an app to find a gym, buy a one-off ticket and gain admission once they arrive. Reflecta designed the experience and built the solution in record time. We currently maintain the service and are watching proudly as tens of thousands of Australians sign up and take advantage of Medibank’s industry changing GymBetter service.
